A family legacy built on a great sausage recipe

Lamberti's Italian Sausage was founded in 1946 by Jim and Jean Lamberti. Jim had discovered that the sausage offered at his family's local market was growing in popularity. At that time, he decided to exclusively sell this great product that kept people coming back for more. Selling mainly to pizzerias and mom-and-pop establishments, the demand continued to grow and the business was on its way.

Longevity born from quality processes and hard work

From the very beginning, it's always been about quality. Jim knew that for the business to be successful, they had to offer a premium product that was prepared with only the highest quality standards. He created the slogan "We serve those who serve the best" as a testament to the family's commitment to quality.

Keeping up the tradition

Today the company has grown behind the efforts of the 2nd and 3rd generations of the Lamberti family. Daughter to Jim and Jean, Cindy Lamberti Pallotti is secretary and treasurer. Grandson Jay Pallotti is president and director of sales. Along with their loyal, hard-working crew, these family members proudly continue the tradition that now offers their products over 100 supermarkets and in fine restaurants throughout Connecticut.
